Welcome to Divine Lashes. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you accept these terms in full.
1. Appointments
1.1 Booking
All appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.
1.2 Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
1.3 Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or modified at our discretion to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.
2. Services
2.1 Service Guarantee
We strive to provide the highest quality services. If you're unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours for potential adjustments.
2.2 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or late arrivals.
2.3 Allergies & Sensitivities
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect services. We are not liable for undisclosed conditions.
3. Payments
3.1 Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on our website and in the salon.
3.2 Methods of Payment
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved gift certificates. All card payments are processed securely.
3.3 Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service prices and are at the client's discretion.
4. Health & Safety
4.1 Hygiene Standards
We maintain the highest hygiene standards. All tools are sanitized between clients, and disposable items are used when appropriate.
4.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients must follow aftercare instructions provided by our technicians. Failure to do so may affect service results and void any guarantees.
4.3 COVID-19 Policies
We follow all local health guidelines. Clients showing symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Liability
Divine Lashes is not liable for any damages, injuries, or allergic reactions resulting from services when clients have properly disclosed all relevant health information.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
